Dream to Design ("we", "us", "our") is a web-design business based in Texas, serving clients regardless of location. This page explains what information this site collects when you visit or use the contact form, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. If you become a client, you may also send us files or assets for your project (such as logos, images, or brand materials) — typically by email, as described on the Home page. We don't collect any information beyond what you enter into the form, send us directly for your project, or what's described under Analytics below. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may automatically log standard technical data for any visit — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — as part of ordinary server operation; we don't access or use these logs ourselves.

How we use it

We use the information submitted through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service you requested. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't build profiles from it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns — things like how many people visit, which pages are popular, and which sites referred them here. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build any profile tied to you individually — Cloudflare's own privacy commitments for this product are at cloudflare.com/web-analytics. We only see anonymous, aggregated numbers, never anything that identifies an individual visitor.

Sharing

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers the message to our inbox. We don't share, sell, or otherwise disclose your information to anyone else. Formspree's own handling of the data it processes is governed by its privacy policy, available at formspree.io.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own, and neither does its analytics (see Analytics above). Formspree may use cookies as part of processing form submissions (for spam prevention, for example) — see their privacy policy for specifics.

Data retention

We keep contact form messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact below.

Any files or assets you submit to us in connection with a project (logos, images, brand materials, or similar) are retained only for the duration of that project. If the project is completed, if you decide not to move forward, or if a project goes inactive with no further progress, we delete all submitted files and assets. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
